Recommended Use
As a performance food supplement, take 1 heaped scoop with 250-300ml water 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). On non training days, take 1 scoop upon waking. To optimize results avoid food intake (incl a protein shake) within an hour of taking Biogen Ultra Pump NOS. Avoid talking this product within 4 hours of bedtime to prevent sleeplessness.
