This blend of proteins with their independent absorption rates, results in a steadily staggered assimilation of amino acids, allowing the body to retain a positive nitrogen balance and thus remain in an anabolic state. It supplies the muscles with key macronutrients and much needed building blocks after periods of extreme exertion.
This product derives its source of energy nutrients from a precise blend of MCTs and slower release, lower glycemic index carbohydrates to steadily replenish glycogen stores. It is combined with faster absorbing carbohydrates to satisfy immediate energy levels and help reduce muscle breakdown after training. The muscle building effect of BIOGEN LEAN GAIN has been amplified with the inclusion of Creatine to boost energy and power, L-glutamine and Tribulus. The formula also includes BCAAs and HMB (by-product metabolite of leucine). Absorption of nutrients has been maximized by enriching our formula with digestive enzymes. - Dosage & Direction for use
As a nutritional supplement add ±2 heaped scoops (100g) to 350ml of cold water, or ±3 heaped scoops (150g) to 500ml cold water.
Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds.
Have two servings daily, as snacks in-between meals, and after training.
