APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, with “the Mother”, is made from fermented apple juice. Fermented from apples grown in the Elgin valley, South Africa. The raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains some of the bacteria, enzymes and protein strands involved in the fermentation process. Sediment, colour variation and cloudiness may be expected.

Dosage & Direction for use

Shake well before use. For optimal benefit and to improve digestion: Take as a shot (15 ml) up to three times
per day, before meals. Can also be mixed in a glass (200 ml) of water. Also makes a delightful salad dressing.
